About IGHPE

Innovations in Global Health Professions Education (IGHPE) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal published by Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar and edited by a board of renowned experts in all areas of healthcare education.

In the context of a globally interconnected world, the IGHPE journal seeks to be the preeminent forum for the presentation and discussion of innovative concepts in all areas of healthcare professional education.

We invite nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare specialists, in addition to physicians, to contribute to the journal.

Beyond an impact on scholarship in global health professional education, publications of the journal ultimately aim at measurable improvements of healthcare delivery. Contributions to the journal may assume many formats; we welcome articles adhering to the ‘traditional’ schema (introduction, methods, results, and discussion) as much as videos, letters or comments, case studies, reviews (on invitation), and other formats.
